How in any relationship, our ability to protect can easily be transformed into neglect. The viewer is taken through a narrative engrossed in themes of connection, empathy, sorrow, confrontation, and despair. The viewer watches as the performers engage in laborious partner work that leaves them exposed to unpredictable responses from one another. Showcasing our desire to entrust another with our safety can be exhilarating yet harmful.
